Description : A Sadhu (Holy man) smokes marijuana from a clay pipe in the early morning during Shivaratri Festival at Pashupatinath Temple in Kathmandu, Nepal, Feb. 27, 2014. Hindu devotees celebrated the great festival Maha shivaratri, which is dedicated to Lord Shiva who is also known as the God of Destruction or Destroyer of Evil. The devotees pay tribute to Lord Shiva by smearing their bodies with ashes and praying until they fall into a meditative state.
