Description : Tomb of Mirza Ghyas Beg & Asmat Begum. He hailed from Iran & served Akbar. He was father of Empress Noor Jahan & grandfather of Empress Mumtaz Mahal of Taj Mahal fame. Made prime minister of Emperor Jehangir after Emperor Jehangir married his daughter Noor Jahan in 1611. He died in 1622 and his daughter Empress Noor Jahan built this tomb for her parents in 1623. Jehangir & Noor Jahan`s tomb is at Lahore.
