Description : Kodachadri is the mountain peak in the western ghats range.It is declared as natural heritage site by Government Karnataka. This is the mountain peak where the famous Sri Mookambika Temple is located. An ideal place for activities like trekking, forest exploration, pilgrimage etc, Kodachadri attracts all kind of travelers. En route to the peak one can find a water fall deep inside the evergreen forest of Kodachadri, which is called 'Agastya Teertha'. The peak also offers a glimpse of the Arabian Sea and the panorama of green hills.
