'The Urge to learn'. Is it related to the facilities you possess?

Description : The photo was taken from my residence. Everyday I saw a labour who worked all day long at the construction site and at the evening he collected few children of the families engaged at the construction site and made them learn various lessons twilight to darkness, no matter if he had to use a Candle for that. the most special thing I noticed was that the children themselves walked up to the learning site at a fixed time, they were not forced by anyone to study. I guess the labour did not want them to face the circumstances he faced because of illiteracy. It was wonderful from both the labour and children's part. i found it worth capturing.
