Description :
Being an architect, what caught my eye when I clicked this picture is the free-flowing organic form of the metal sheets used to create the curved surface of EMP Museum v/s the clean bold lines and symmetrical form of Space Needle created by using concrete. The irony is that both the materials are used brilliantly against their physical properties - metal sheets which are flat and stark are bent and linked together to achieve a curved surface whereas concrete, which is fluid in nature, is shaped to achieve a firm and linear structure, the result being evolution of 2 architectural masterpieces.
